Idagunji is a village in Honnavara taluk, Uttar Kannada district, which has the famous Vinayaka temple. The temple is the main attraction at idagunji. Idagunji Devasthana (temple) is about 15 kms from Honnavara.
The specialty of this temple is Lavancha or Vettiver, which is available in plenty. Look out for Ganesha masks, caps, and other things made out of it.
