How to Reach

By Air :- Nearest major airport is Chatrapati Shivaji international Airport, Mumbai, which is nearly 125 km from Kolad. Mumbai (Bombay) is well connected to all major cities in india and also connected to many cities abroad

By Train :- Alight at the Kolad Railway Station of the Konkan Railway. which is connected to Mumbai VT station. Kolad is connected to all major cities in india through Mumbai railway station. Going north, Roha Railway Station is 19 km away. indrapur Railway Station is about 15 km to the south of Kolad.

By Road :- Pune - Chandani Chowk - Pirangut - Paud - Mulshi - Tamhini Ghat - Vile Phata (Diversion) little ahead to the right a road leads to Vile Village which is to be avoided - continue ahead, take a right turn and then another right turn brings you to a bridge. Cross the bridge and you are at the reporting point of Rafting


Where to Stay

On the bank of River Kundalika are many retreats and farm houses with Mango and Water Melon as the chief Fruit product and Rice and Nachni as the chief farm produce as the soil is very rich in minerals and the ample water via canals fed from River Kundalika's clean water.
